Plastic parts must be checked 24 hours after the molding process when parts have cooled down and shrunk completely. This is to ensure sizes remain stable. Realhao has both 2.5 dimension inspection machines and 3 dimension inspection machines to check plastic parts. Inspection results with pictures are always sent to the customer in a timely fashion.
