Realhao makes plastic mold components such as mold cavities, mold cores, mold sliders, mold lifters, ware plates, and ejection systems. All mold components must be quality assured by checking step by step during manufacturing. Realhao employs a two pronged approach in our mold component checking process. It involves inspection during manufacturing and a final components check.
